Guides
Getting Started
Welcome to Metropolitan Roleplay! We're glad you're here. This guide will help you get started on your journey in the city.
Step 1: Joining the Server
First, you'll need to join the server. You can do this by clicking
here
or alternatively you can search for "Metropolitan Roleplay" in the FiveM server list, or you can connect directly in the
F8
console using the command:
connect play.metropolitanrp.com
Step 2: Creating a Character
Once you're in the server, you'll need to create a character. You will be prompted to create a character upon joining. Once you have set your name, date of birth, gender, and nationality, you will be taken to your own apartment where you will be able to fully customise your character.
Step 3: Exploring the City
Now your character is created, you can start exploring the city. Exit your apartment by holding down
L ALT
(an eye should show up in the middle of your screen) and aim it at the front door. Once it prompts, click to exit your apartment. Make your way to the nearest public garage (these are marked on your map in the pause menu) to pull out your complimentary moped. This will get you around the city to start with, but be careful, they can be rather fragile!
Step 4: Meeting Other Players
Finally, you'll want to meet other players in the city. A phone can be used to message, call, and tweet other players. You can purchase a phone from any hardware store located on the map.
That's it! You're now ready to start your journey in Metropolitan Roleplay. Good luck!
